One of the big things I love about Gerard is that he isn’t someone who responds to being called out on something he says with “not all men” or refuses to change his wording when he finds out what he said wasn’t correct, he goes “okay thank you for telling me now I know” and (kind of irrelevant but I see so many people excusing people because of the “generational gap” but its not as if he’s saying that he’s 37 and his views are “”“”traditional”“”” he’s literally just like well never too late to learn and not be uneducated on these issues
